I was lied to/ "misinformed" by dozens of representatives whom gave quick answers to try to get me off the phone. In the end I won, but it was a two year fight to finally have them removed from my state paperwork. Stress, stress, stress, when their job was to reduce my stress and do the work correctly. Please research your state laws and if in NY state, the department of corporations will do the same as The Company Coorporation but for free.
