This company advertises agressivel and seduces struggling entropreneurs to use their services to streamline filing to do business as a corportion or LLC. Their work is sloppy with arbitrary one-size fits all paperwork that is often error filled, and they charge stiff fees to do simple jobs (like filing for a Federal Tax ID number) that any busineman could do on thier own for free in a few minutes if he or she were pointed to the right website.

When companies fail (an many start-up do) these scammers claim that it is supposedly "not legal" to simply shut them down and make agressive collection calls to anyone and everyone who was asscociated with the company's formation. Years after a company has gone out of business, they continue to harrass the orginal founders and sometimes even their families with bogus demands for various fees; fraudulantly claiming that the individual (not the company they were part of) will be supposedly "put in for collection" if the individual they are speaking with does not personally pay the fee.
