anybody can use any name they want, but this company should change their name to "the company cheaters".  they delivered their services, but then tried to rip us off by charging us for a registered agent service we don't even need.  we explained that we changed the registered agent to one of the members of our company, and they didn't care.  they demanded proof, and even after we provided it, they tried to ignore it, and said they never got the information, and kept demanding the money,

or we will have to pay penalties, and they would try their best to ruin our credit score.  why even trying to do business with them?  if you have a lawyer, start the procedures necessary to make them stop.  this business gives other legit businesses a bad reputation.  Be careful, and do some research about them.  they come out as first result in search engines, because they buy SEO, and other services to appear first, but they use all the tricks in their books to rip you off.  Stay away and take your business somewhere else.
