I ordered from The Deal Empire after seeing their ad on FB on 11/7/2016.  To date, 11/23/2016, I have received no product. on 11/10/2016, got a confirmation from them that my order was being processed.  I received no info other than that and no tracking #.  I contacted Visa and they along with me, attempted to call their # - 949-535-5243 many times and either it is busy or rings forever.  I have also written numerous emails to them @ info@thedealempire.com and never have received an answer.  I have also informed FB and since I ordered, I no longer see their ad on FB.
