I ordered body shaping panties on 11.7.2016.  was advised via email that item would ship within 72 hours.  have not received a shipping confirmation or the item.  Have received to response to an email inquiring as to the shipping status.  They have debited my account for the 19.99, but have received no additional communication from them.
