 I ordered a product from this company and got the conformation with the ship ID. After about two weeks with hearing or receiving nothing I emailed them got a response back from a gal and she said the order batch was still processing check back in 3-5 days and so I've emailed twice now with not a reason even back now it's been over a month since the order and when I try the number on website it's some place in France to a chef and found another number online and it is a busy signal!! So discouraging cause it was a Christmas present
