The Digital Expo scam, bait and switch, harvests credit info with out selling product Internet

The company advertised a Panasonic digital camera on-line at an exceptionally low price. They accepted an on-line order and credit card information for its purchase.

The next day I received a phone call from the company supposedly to confirm the order. I did so, but when I refused to order additional overpriced and unnecessary accessories, they hung up. I checked on my order on their web site and found it had been cancelled. I called customer support and before they had my name or my order, they told me the order was cancelled because it was out of stock, then told me I should have received a e-mail explaining this. I did not.

I believe this company does not actually sell anything, but advertises only to illicitly gather credit card information.
