I ordered a digital video camera from The Digital Nerds. You receive an email asking that you confirm the order by telephone. When you call, it is HARD sell all the way.

I asked to cancel the order and they responded that it was a 20% cancellation fee (this was within 5 minutes of making the initial order)

They act like they are doing you a favor - RIP OFF
