I signed up for The Knot in March of 2018. It is now November, not even into a year into my signed agreement with The Knot and they have taken my money and removed my listing. Some lady named Carrie Lokonon emailed me and said that my company is somehow associated with someone who they have an issue with. At the time my listing was taken down, I have 13 POSITIVE REVIEWS and had no issues with the company since I started in March. The removal of my storefront is a breach of contract and I will be seeking legal action against The Knot, a/k/a XO Group.

I strongly advise that you do not do business with the knot as they can pull your listing at any time without cause.
