The company was a joke to work for. The way they paid us was harsh and shitty. We had to charge customers max points in order to make a real paycheck. I would sell it as x amount of dollars per month. I have to say I did some loans for complete idiots. I would take full advantage of every situation. I made s**t in 2007. I should have seen the writing on the wall when they cut our comp plan by 30 percent. I stayed so shame on me. I think the times of Loan Officers making 20k per month are gone. Also the scumbags our company gave loans to should stop paying the mortgage. Get kicked out of the house, and call it a day. Lets keep it real someone making 40k a year should not be living in a 350k house.

i was screwed over by that company i filed a report about them on this sight under first nlc. i lost my home because of the branch manager john castodio in rhode island. he told me not to pay my mortgage while loan was in progress because it would mess up the amounts he has his appraisal lady lori barrett do an appraisal for 40,000 more than my home was worth. we signed papers with mistakes on them because he said sign them and we will fix them later with no intent to fix them. we plead totally stupid in trusting someone we filed complaints with a.g. office and consumer protection hired an attorney filed a large lawsuit and then first nlc filed bankrupt!!! that john knew from the begining what he was doing and cared less!! that company ruined our lives our savings our credit and our future. we had fine credit we did not need to go to that company i knew nothing about subprime mkt. before this and assumed he gave us a good deal and went with that company. i found7 other victims in 7 other states who had the same exact thing done to them by this company! and because they filed bankruptcy they got away with it. if u hear of any future lawsuits against this company i would love to hear about it. or anyother info thanks.
