Payments due on the last day of the month and the 15th day of the month.  On November 30, I asked if I could make that payment on the 15th of December along with my December 15th payment.  The told me it was not a problem.

On December 12, the ladies in the office called to confirm I was going to come in on the 15th and pay both payments.  I assured them I would and was told I was ok as long as both payments were made.  At 3:00 AM on December 13 a man was pounding on my door to tell me they were repossessing me truck and they had it loaded on a trailer.

I called my daughter and she went to the Loan Depot store to see what it was going to take to get my vehicle back.  After paying $868.00 in cash they gave them the paper work to get my car.  However, they said their computers were down and they could not provide a receipt.  They hand wrote a release and sent it to the repo company.  The repo company said we could not pick the truck up until the next day, December 14.  My son-in-law went over to pick up the truck and was told he had to pay the Auction Company $125 to get the truck.  He did and delivered the truck to me after lunch time on December 14.  The truck had been cleaned out and all my personal things were gone.

I went in to Loan Depot on December 15 to make my 15th payment.  My receipt given to me showed I was a payment behind.  When I asked about that, the clerk told me the repo work had not processed yet and would be straightened out by my next payment. 

I went in on January 6 to make my end of the month payment, new crew in the office, and still my receipt showed I was 1 payment behind.  Again I questioned this and they told me computers wer down but it would be straightened out.

On January 15 I went in to Make my 15th payment and asked if I could go ahead and pay the end of the month payment at the same time.  I had 2 money orders, 1 dated for the 15th and the other one dated for January 31.  They told me that thought that would be ok.  I told them if it was not I would just hold on to the money order and bring it in on the 31, but was assured it was ok and I would not have another payment due until the 15 of February. Still my receipt shows I am behind on my payment and again I asked for it to be corrected and once more was told the computers were down and the manager would have to take care of it the next day.

On January 30, I was called to see if I was going to make my end of the month payment.  When I reminded the clerk I made that payment on the 15th she told me I was still one papyment behind.

I took all of my receiipts to them, they said they would send to the manager and see what he has to say.  STILL NO SATISFACTION.    I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.  I am afraid that now I am going to have my truck picked up again.  THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETE IDIOTS, LIARS AND THIEVES SUCKING THE BLOOD FROM POOR PEOPLE.
