The Meadows has no respect for patient confidentiality.

 I went there and they wrote all things in the chart and treatment plan reported by others, a dn would never listen to a thing. You sodo not have a primary therapist who will spend even 5 minutes with you.  They write in the Treatment Plan whatever others report,a dn if you want to end up in a lawsuit because they talk to persons unauthorized by you who then write legal reports against you...go there!

They will not allow you to review your records or even your own Treatment Plan befroe Demanding that you sign it.

They violate all Federal and State Laws regarding apatient confidentiality and patient rights to review their own records.

They include in the Treatment Plan whatever a family member tells them in a written report generated before going there and will never let you have a copy!

Go ahead..spend $44,000 to Create Trauma and not treat Trauma!

There are Federal Laws protecting patient COnfidentiality and they have no respect for the Law!
