my family and I were in need of insurance. NCE Member Services contacted me and told me they could provide me with medical dental and vision insurance at a reasonable price. Not once did they say they are a discount service. Today my girl and son went to the hospital and I was looking for the policy number I stumbled upon a small text stating there a discounted service and not actually insurance. I was sold a dream and very upset thay my family and myself still do not have insurance. Not only that but I paid $411 for nothing.
