The National Congress of Employers, International Benefits Adm., FCHCN Insurance AgencyUnified Life Insurance Is a big Ripoff, they paid $350.00 on a $14,000.00 ACCIDENT of a broke leg. Garden City New York

 I received a call from NCE was told they could offer me health benifits for the self employed. Because they partnered with FCHCN Insurance Agency . this plan includes hospital stays, surgical prodedures , ICU, emergency room visits , wellness testing. Also non- insurance discounts provided at no cost. Premium that day $300.00  .

My employee which was covered broke his ankle, was taken to emergecy room , had to have pin in ankle and was in hospital for three days. Went to follow up visit with the doctor three times. 

Then when i started receiving bills from the hospital because they denied the claim all together stating he was under  a thirty day waiting period. I wrote a greivance because an accident isnt a sickness, so they then said sorry that wasnt the reason. But they didnt cover but $50.00 each on emerageny room visit,  doctor visit and  hospital stay.Also was told couldnt use this but one time during the whole year.

So after two months of trying to get some help they payed $350.00 off the $14,000.00 bill , so I called and cancelled my policy at the first of month which premium had already been made. But didnt even send my money back for the cancellation.

BIG RIPPOFF, i could barely afford insurance much less insurance and hospital bill.
