I signed up with this insurance at the end of August. Among all offers I received, this was the one that seemed to be reasonable and even though they charged my credit card right away, I signed up and they promised that I have 30 days to try it. It will be fully refundable within that time period.

We only started to use it at the begining of November. According to them, we had 5 free visits to doctors in the network and 3 lab test with no charge per year. When my husband went for his first appointment, it became clear that we have to pay most of the doctors visits and any additional charges during the visit. No lab tests covered. All they promissed was not true. The only thing they did, of course!, they charged monthly preimiums for September, October and November.

I tried to talk to their manager to get refund at least for November (by the way my husband didn't use his appointment - he just left without seeng the doctor after he found out how much he has to pay). It didn't help: they told me they cannot refund money even for last mounth.

I am very upset about this. I don't want other people to get in trouble like we did. I would do anything to get my money back.
