I was looking for Health Insurance and was contacted by NEC (the national congress of employers.  The lady that call represented the company as a Health Insurance Company that specialises in clients with health issues.  Everything she told me turned out to be a lie. I did not get an email with their information as promised (she told me their phone number would be included) It took a month for the program pkt arrived.  It was just DISCOUNT CARDS.  I called that day to cancel.  They took two payments for over $600 saying they needed 30 days cancelation notice.  I Spoke to Al who took me I was cancelled but they would keep the money.  When i said they was not right his comment was TOO BAD DO NOT CALL US AGAIN and hung up.
