The Pool Guyz failed to install my auxillery pump that runs the cleaner correctly. This was identified after calling Pentair and describing the installation since the cleaner was not working properly.
I called the Pool Guyz (Rick) in the fall of 2005 and numerous times in the Spring of 2006. Rick promised on all of these occassions that they would come and correct the problem. They have yet to come or even contact me to set-up an appointment. Beware of Pool Guyz customer service, it is abysmal.
I had to get a pool service company in my area to correct the Pool Guyz installation, but I had to pay to have the work done.
Do not give final payment to the Pool Guyz for any pool installation until you have it inspected by a local pool service company.
