The Roomstore Will not honor purchased warranty. Over $6000 worth of furniture, warranty bought on all of it. Now they won't honor it. RIP OFFS!!! North Richland Hills Texas

We purchased over $6000.00 worth of furniture from the Roomstore all at one time. At the time we thought the warranty sounded like an amazing deal. We've learned since that is not the case.

We've already had our mattress replaced once by the company as in less than one month there were body impressions almost two inches deep. Now we are having the same issue with the new mattress but they refuse to replace it because "there is a stain on the mattress".

Also the material on our sofa does not match the material on the loveseat and recliner. They refuse to replace or recover the sofa with matching material because there is a small tear in the material (in a place unseen).

We are now paying for a five year warranty for our living room furniture and a TEN year warranty that we will never be able to use.

IF you buy furniture from this place, DO NOT buy the warranty. It is a complete rip off!!!!
