The Roomstore The Roomstore has HORRIBLE CUTOMER Service - Belmont is the worst! West Northern Phoenix Arizona

I bought a bedroom set for over $2000 in June 2006 .. This December 2007 the bed broke becuase they sell "s**t" products. I called them repeatedly until I finally got one of them to schedule an appointment for them to come and pick up the broken rails.

They picked them up in early January 2008 and told me it would be repaired or replaced within 5 days ... I heard nothing from them for over a month ... Called them back and talked to Belmont. He said he would get a message to his manager ... a couple days go by and nothinig I call back and he tried to say the same thing. Then he says "Oh Wait, Your bed is discontinued so we only have rails of another color." Again he said he would have the manager call me when he does a search. .. NO response again.

I finally went into the store where they of course kissed my a*s because tgere were other clients walking around the store and one of the girls had me talk to Priscilla in client support. Now Priscilla was EXCELLENT!!! She setup a delivery appointment and verified the information with the driver ... she even called me back to make sure the driver contacted me. Kudos to her ... but, of course, the rails they sent did not fit. The guy at client support, Juan, said it would be handled in a few days ... but again no response or call backs for three weeks.

I called today to ask for an update ... they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called again and when I asked for a manager they said it was "Elizabeth", but they didn't know her last name ... I called the client support lady an "ignorant c**t" and hung up.

I have placed a demand and a complaint with the BBB that they either replace the whole bedroom set for a new one of equal or greater value or I will take legal action.

I'll keep everyone posted on whether or not they handle the issue.
