The Rush Fitness Complex Slock Professionalism Knoxville TN

We had many issues with the Rush's billing over the years
I went to pay a bill, per my husband's request. Our EFT did not go through for some reason and we were incurring a bill. My husband straightened all this out over the phone with a woman at the corporate office.
She told him to go to the Knoxville's corporate office, Suite A and pay $120.00 on our account.

My husband asked me to go in before 5:00PM because he was working late. He said,"give them the check for $120.00, ask for April." This is where I ran into trouble.

The women in Suite A was not April, but said, "April told me you'd be coming." Mind you, the woman didn't ask my name, nor tell me hers, but she had a pleasant, professional attitude. She brought me next door to the club and had me go to the desk.

"What's your name?" asked the next woman. I gave her my husband's name and told her I was there to pay on a bill. She said, "Let me call a manager."
A nice looking, buffed manager stepped over to me and asked me how he could help me. I told him I was there to pay a bill. April told my husband to pay next door, the woman who walked me to the club was still present. I told him we needed to talk with her, because she spoke with April who spoke with my husband.

He then said, "I have to follow protocol, and April doesn't work here. I can't go over there and talk to her." He brought me to his desk and pulled out a sheet of paper to file a report. I answered his questions, I'm there because my husband spoke with April who said I needed to pay a check next door.
I asked him to call my husband, he could better explain. We went back and forth a few times, then this manager said, I don't like your attitude.

I asked to use the phone. I called my husband, and told him the situation. Mind you, my husband works for a hospital and is inbetween patience. I said, "this fellow isn't listening to me, and then he insults me." My husband said, let me talk with him.

The "Manager" said, "I didn't insult her, I respect her if she respects me. I felt she had an undertow."

My husband explained whatever the conversation was he had with April. The "manager" said, "I was confused." and by this time, I was fuming. What in heaven's name happened to, listen to the customer, be professional.
I'm upset that I was put through this aggrevation! I don't care for the "Manager's" lack of unprofessionalism at the Rush. Just because you are an athelete, doesn't qualify someone to be a manager.
