The Sale Guru Took my money, never sent my item Internet

I ordered a flat iron with the Sale Guru. Got a confirmation that same day, as well as the money taken out of my account. They said it would be shipped in 8-10 business days. That was exactly one month ago. There has been no other communication from them. When I have attempted to contact customer service via email (the only option) I got a response with a link to track the order, which does not work. There is no tracking information. I have emailed the 'support service' several times telling them the link doesn't work, and get the EXACT same email in return. I have tried emailing them again 3 days ago with no repsonse. This place is a toal scam and needs to be shut down!
