The Ticket Clinic Screwed me! Ripoff Ft Laud Florida

I got a ticket for no lights on after dark because I was driving a friends car and when you start the car the lights come on and the dash lights as well so I thought the were on. Unfortunately I am a pilot and a moving violation is a death sentence in my line of work. I just called these guys and the girl that was assisting me was interrupted or horsing around no less than four times while I was explaining what happened; I was then put on hold when she returned there were more interruptions. I finally asked what is going on that would be so important that you have wasted my time like this. I was only trying to get some information on how this works and how I pay. If anyone has had any good experiences with this place I would love to hear about them.

Although it took a few months and me writing this report I was contacted by the owner of The Ticket Clinic, needless to say he was not to happy with what I wrote, which I understand, but he took the time to listen to what I had to say and he did make it up to me whether he felt his company was at fault or not. Although my experiance wasnt to good, aboviously The Ticket Clinic has many satisfied costumers
or I guess they wouldnt be in bussiness for so long.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Thats why, after 20 years in business, and over a half million cases, you can count the complaints on one hand. I would love to respond to this complaint personally, but, unfortunately, the poster is hiding behind a user ID, with no name. Since we handle over 2000 tickets a week, I have no way of knowing who this is. I have a strong feeling it is not even a real client, but a competitor trying to sully our excellent reputation. I was charged with a Racing on Highway, even though I was just speeding. I had a sport compact and the police always pick on those type of cars...

I could've gone to jail and lost my license/car but The Ticket Clinic lawyers got my case DISMISSED!!! that's right, DISMISSED. I could not believe it when i got the results.

I strongly recommend The Ticket Clinic for any traffic-related issues. They have outstanding customer service and a very good reputation in the state!!!
