The Ticket Clinic Screwed out of a lot of money!!!!!!!!! Ft. Lauderdale, FL 3331, Florida

I hired the Ticket Clinic 1 year and 3 months ago to represent me in a DUI case!  I was introduced to an attorney at the firm, paid my attorney fee and the scams began!  My case was simple, power of control case as I was just sitting in my car at my home!  The case was drawn out for 1 year and 3 months!!  2 weeks before the trial date I was contacted by my attorney (the only attorney that worked on my case this entire time) and was informed that he was leaving the Ticket Clinic for a new firm. In order to keep him I had to pay a small fee (1750) or I could go with his replacement (a new hire) who told me himself he was fresh out of law school.  I made the decision to keep the attorney I have worked with for 1 year and 3 months as the new guy had done nothing on my case.  I lived 10 hours away and had no chance to see him face to face.  After all the ticket clinic advertises not to trust your case with an attorney fresh out of law school. I contacted One of the partners at the ticket clinic to discuss a refund since they did not represent me in trial and were not finishing my case and was given the "run around".  I was told the 2 partners of the ticket clinic would discuss the situation as it was a different circumstance.  Needless to say I am now stuck paying 2 law firms for 1 lawyers work.  Do not hire these people.  Please check the internet and read the hundreds of complaints against this firm.  Ironically one of the partners is now suing a strip club in Miami for taking advantage of him as he was "too drunk to enter into a legal contract".  Please contact the Florida Bar Association with ALL complaints on this firm and lets keep them from taking advantage of anyone else.   http://www.floridabar.org/ 850-561-5600.
