Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I went to the website to get my IMEI repaired and not providing me a refund afterall of the comotion they couldn't send me a refund.
Being in business doesn't mean you should be mean but have good customer service. Instead they used racial comments and deragotory targeting words.
I am in business and run a business and with good customer service you can always solve problems without swearing.
