We sent the tracking info to you a couple days ago to the email you provided to us when you created an account with us (natrmotr@msn.com). So all that lawyer and BBB bullshit you can shove up your a*s. We do need your type of business. So when you get your phone on Saturday, the date posted on USPS tracking info, you can go f**k you and your attorney. Do not contact us again. We do not need business from children. Bye bye!!!

As a matter of fact. I am going to refund your money and since we own the phone of the IMEI we put on your phone I will be contacting AT&T and having that IMEI blacklisted. So when you get the phone it will not work. Tell that to your f**king attorney!!! Big mouth punk! Have fun with that 400 dollar mp3 player.

Oh by the way when you talk to your pretend attorney make sure you tell him that you or Nancy, which one of you dumb f**ks, gave us the wrong email when you created your account. We deal with 100's of customers and our shipping system sends tracking information automatically to the email supplied by the customer. So now your dumb a*s has no working phone. I will personally have that IMEI blacklisted in the morning so that phone will not work when it arrives there. So you can take your "Warning" and go f**k yourself. f**king dumb a*s. You f**k up and blame everyone else.

People be ware of this company. They are a bunch of scam artists. They claim to fix your phone and then they send it back to you say they are going to blacklist it after they send your money back, but then you never see a dime back from them but still are not able to use your phone. This was a lesson learned do not use this company.

you don't know how to try and help the person.  You, just started acting like some thug.  Need to lean how to be more patient with dumb a*s like me that is not perfect.  You act like a street corner dealer who is trying to start a fight instead of trying to use your words in a nice way to  help show a person that they have srewed up.  Must be nice to have so much money and returning customers, that can afford to lose business like this just because you want to tear down a person instead of helping them. Not to mention the fact that I have it in writing from you that you say you were refunding all of my money and never did, so I guess we will be seeing who has the last laugh. Please people be ware of these scam artists out there. This was a lesson learned the hard all, they only want people's money and never return it or the product in a working order.

I remember you very well. Calling our number over and over so no other customer could get through. And come to find out the reason you didn't receive your tracking info (by the way the phone showed up on schedule) was because you gave us the wrong email to send it too. I remember every name, other than the one my mother gave me, that you called me. I do not take kindly to people who take up my time from helping out our other customers. And if you want to lose my cooperation bring up the BBB. Haven't you heard the BBB is a big "pay for grade" scam. NBC, Dateline, 60 minutes and numerous other news outlets have exposed the BBB over and over again for what is really is. An organization that pretends to be a quasi government agency that shakes down good business's for money for a good grade with them. Who the hell would keep payping the BBB if it gave out bad grades to its paying customers. So you, your pretend attorney and the BBB can kick rocks. Here is a little advice for you. If you want to get an unbias opinion about a business. You shouldn't probably go to sites like the BBB that have a financial interest in what is said about a company. The bottom line is we have blocked your ip/mac addresses so we do not need to waste any more time with you. You wasted hours of our time and come to find out it was your fault. We have many other customers and I refuse to let clowns like you screw up everything for everyone else.
