THE WRITERS EDGE Never Received Product Henderson, Nevada

I placed an order on October 13th and was told my order would ship within 2-3 business days. Now nearly 3 weeks later, no product still. I emailed them on October 19th and they responded after 5 business days and told me I would receive my product the week of October 22nd and that they had a death in the family and they were recovering. Still nothing. I have since sent 4 more emails with no response. I finally filed a report with the BBB and hope to get my money back. I will never order from them again!! And they have their website filled with feedback stating they have the best customer service, what a joke!!!
