My E-mail: Online Order 5756-0017-2011-1801. Regarding the subject order, I placed it on 1/18/2011. What is the status of this shipment? Do you have a tracking number?
Dear xxxx, We are also very disappointed that your order has not arrived. The poor service associated with the post office also reflects poorly on us. We are going to try our best one more time to contact the US Postal Service to try and track this down and then we are just going to duplicate this order immediately. Whichever orders arrives first, just refuse delivery of the second and it will be returned to us. We are very sorry this situation has upset you. We are trying to do whatever it takes to make this right. Jim Jobin, Owner CustServ@WritersEdge.com For Serious "Pen People" http://www.WritersEdge.com
We are going to reship this order to you. I’m very sorry for this delay yet we will make it right.

Dear xxxx, I am so sorry that getting you this order has become a “Mission from God”. Normally this never happens, especially when an order was placed so long ago. We are going to have to issue a credit to your card yet if you receive this order and decide to keep it, please let us know. You might end up receiving two orders, so please refuse the second one so it might be returned back to us. This order has cost us over $90 to try and fill. I am so very sorry. I just wish the U.S. Postal Service wasn’t funded by our Federal Government so they could feel the same financial repercussions caused by their poor service. Jim Jobin, Owner

#1 General Comment
Jim Jobin kept a promise
AUTHOR: Victor - (New Zealand)

I had orders outstanding since April 2010 and Aug 2010 and much correspondence with excuses and nil replies (never from Jim -mostly from Traci" and I gave up trying about Christmas 2010.
Saw a special offer in April 2011 and made a sarcastic response.
To my surprise I got a reply from Jim Jobin himself.
After a couple of emails explaining his partners' death and relocation issues he said he would put things right.
I thought "I've heard that one before."
2 weeks later (May 2011) to my surprise my two orders arrived by UPS in my Christchurch New Zealand Letter box with a personal note about one item NLA substituted.
So seems to me Jim Jobin deserves a second chance. Death of a partner is not something anyone wants to cope with but when you are in business you must. Just keep emailing him.
