Bought a pen online with The Writers Edge in Nov 2010 for Christmas gift that year. Paid by credit card.

It never arrived.

Sent several emails to the company which went unanswered and, after a moderately abusive email, was finally rewarded with an apologetic email from Jim Jobin about how he was going to make good and was sending me another.

Months later, still no pen. More emails from me to them. No word from The Writers Edge.  

Then another email from "Jim Jobin" entitled "An Open Letter to our Customers" explaining that his wife had died and hence the delay on some orders being fulfilled.

10 months on and still no pen.

This online business is a farce. AVOID AVOID AVOID. God will deal with this bunch of jokers.
