 I also contracted with Thermscan Diagnostics, CEO Jennifer Weems, to become a certified infrared thermographer, an equine thermographer, and get a FLIR E8 infrared camera and Pulse Electro Magnetic Field Therapy (PEMFT) machine. I paid nearly $10,000 to her. The equine thermography training was a 20 minute video only and also part of her montly $9.99 video club membership and was supposed to cover the entire training for the equine portion of this course. The camera and PEMFT machine was never delivered and she would never provide an order confirmation number or tracking number showing it was even ordered nor on its way. I inquired several times over several weeks asking the same questions. I was also instructed that I did not need to be a veterinarian to run this business, but after talking to the state veterinarian board in Texas, it turns out that you do and what she was advising me and others to do was actually illegal. I requested a refund, which was only partial and she told me the rest is being processed, so I had to file a dispute with PayPal and my credit card company and my refund is still pending.  In regards to the PEMFT machine, I called the company directly where the machine is made and was told that she had purchased a PEMFT machine a couple weeks ago for herself. This tells me she has never had the intent to ever send me the machine, she used my monies to purchase a machine for herself. What is more disturbing is that she is "certifying" people across the country and is now advertising to expand into Canada and people are spending thousands of dollars with her for training and equipment they will never probably receive, plus they are not allowed to do what she's training them to do without either being a vet or being directly under a vet's supervision.
