Think & Lose Becareful with entering your credit card info and closing the web page, your order will be placed. Wilmington North Carolina

I was looking around and decided to place the order, but when I went the web page about the free MP3 player, (by the way the page before is where you enter the credit card info) I was confused about the $59.95 cost whether it was additional or if it was the total including the MP3 player and the 10 other "teachings" as well as the Think&Lose.

Since I was confused I closed the web browser, never going to a final submit order page. Later in the day I received and email thank me for my order. I immediately called and was told the order would not be available for 24-48 hours, so I called the next day and still my order was not visible and then I just called and was told it was in the warehouse and could not be cancelled. I explained to all at Think&Lose what I did, even admitting to using my credit card number, but did not submit my order on that final page where you can review your order and submit it.

I am waiting for a supervisor to call me back. I gave a CSR Rick my info. The one thing they could have offered was to keep looking to find my order and then cancel it. In my CSR days that is what I would have done, which I have done. Where is the true CS these days.
