1) Give false leads

2) False charges

We used Thumbtack Pro for their leads and started noticing constant charges from them that didn't seem accurate and started feeling like they were false charging us. We decided to test this theory stopped opening their leads for two weeks and started monitoring our bank account even closer to see if Thumbtack would still hit our account. Well they did.... In the a two week time, they our bank account numerous times for the amount just over $56. Since these findings, we've tried to contact them a few times with no one answering their phones. We've now blocked Thumbtack  from our hitting our bank account anymore. 
We also noticed many times in the past that you could never reach anyone from their supposed leads.

Total bad news........

Thumbtack Been with them for years. They no longer accept phone calls and as a result I have spent over 4 hrs in the last week chatting with no results. Refuse to issue a refund of money that I have in my account with them.

Thumbtack.com The policy and terms in which I and other service providers agree in order to receive leads through their website state you are not charged unless the person hires you. However, I get charges almost daily because people send me messages though they never hire me. Thumbtack I paid over 4k dollars for leads that i bought. I was with thumbtack for 4 months built up my profile with great reviews and pictures really put some work and effort into it . i recommended the service to two of my brothers.
