Did not receive Tickets for a Black Crowe's concert in Waterbury Connecticut for October 26the 2010.

Paid $496 for orchestra seats.

Have tried contacting agency have not been able to reach anyone to rectify this situation. To date have not been able to talk to anyone and still have not received tickets in mail.
