E mailed ticket request for concert in March 14th. Never a phone call or confirmation E-mail. Credit card charged for tickets, assumed they would come through. 2 weeks later credit card credited same amount.Assumed we did not get tickets we wanted. Again no e-mails or phone calls. Now we have a charge of same amout to credit card and we cannnot go to concert and it is 48hrs away. No call or e-mail form company. So Frustrating. Cannot ever get ahold of company by phone, e-mail or live chat. Some lawyer has a great case for this business.
