I ordered 3 custom sized bridesmaid dresses from TideBuy.com .  They have the same photos and descriptions of TBDress.com but that company has terrible reviews.  Tidebuy has a large facebook following so I felt somewhat confident, and i used paypal to pay.

3 dresses were ordered and paid for exactly the same time.  They stated that it would be in my hands in 22 calendar days.  The first dress arrived within 2 weeks and was beautiful and exactly as supposed to be measured , every measurement accurate and color true to color and in great condition. We were happily impressed.

The second dress came a week later, this dress was the correct color but measurements were off (by 1" on the bust and 3" (too small) on the hip - the widest part of the dress wasn't even the correct measurement.  The zipper also did not go all the way up.

The last dress took 14 emails back and forth to get them to ship it - and they only shipped it when I filed a claim with paypal.  This 3rd dress came way after the deadline - a week before my wedding - and the dress is not the same color or quality.  The color is 3 shades darker - which is possible since 3 dresses custom made to be the same should have come off the same ream of fabric - , the stitching is inconsistent and the zipper doesnt even close (there are missing teeth).  I'm now a week before my wedding and have to get 2 dresses adjusted here.  

Their customer service - "John" is the livechat and "Melissa" is the email support - leave a lot to be desired.  They at times dont even know what the customers name is - I was told once that I got 3 dresses in 2 boxes which isnt the case - and then they got my name and order number wrong.

I am going to have to file a chargeback with my credit card company (thanks american express and paypal!) because now my 3rd dress is useless and I have to fix another dress.  Luckily the last dress is for my maid of honor so if its different I can make it work, but to deal with this a week before my wedding?  

They are very inconsistent - that first dress was spectacular and really made us excited.  And then the ball dropped. :/
