Tile Depot Buyer Beware victorville Internet, California

Tile Depot will be more than happy to take your payment and deposits, but I was unable to receive product or installation.  With the help of American Express I was able to be credited for the material cost.

 I had also payed Tile Depot $1,000.00 deposit by check for the installation.  When they did not perform per our contract, I cancelled my order.  Contacting David at tile depot, I was told numerous stories, ie check is on the truck, David can't sign on the checking account. 1st. rule: If David's mouth opens, beware!!!!.  he makes used car salemen look like angels!

David stated that if I wanted my $1,000 dollars back, that I should take Tile Depot to court. Instead I had poster signs printed with "Buyer Beware" and sat in front of their store. People stopped by and told me of their horror stories with Tile Depot.  After sitting in front of the store for six hours, David produced $1,000 in cash to satisfy our dispute. I was able to recover all my monies. 

They might have the best price and tell you everthing you want to hear, but can they deliver and install your order and will you be happy in the end. Buyer Beware!!!!!  My first report disappeared from this site.
