TIME WARNER CABLE SPECTRUM NO 411 LISTING FOR BUSINESS LINES FOR OVER 14 MONTHS Internet

We moved one business to a new location over a year ago. It was with TWC for 5 years. After the move, the address is wrong. The 411 listing is wrong.  We added two business lines for two more businesses at the same location. Neither of those businesses are in the 411 Directory. Spectrum responded with this:

I've sent four email requests. Phillip in San Antonio ignored me. Nicole in Syracuse lied. Daniel Lor said it would be fixed. Someone else was on the phone call and said it was fixed and available by this past Tuesday. It's not. Your $300 credit is an insult when we pay over $200 per month for 14 months without the ability for anyone to find us in Directory Assistance. It has had a dramatic negative effect on our businesses. TWC has been and is in breach of contract. Who actually has the knowledge and authority to fix this and when?

This is ridiculous! I've spoken to several people who said it would be fixed. It's not fixed as of today!  Apparently Spectrum has no intention of fixing it.  Imagine having three businesses no one can find in 411 Directory Assistance.  I want this fixed now. I want a very large credit for the thousands we have paid.
