On 11-23-2012, I returned my recently purchased watch for needed repairs. As of 2-14-2013 (2 & 1/2 months) I have not received my watch back. 3 attempts to get updates got a "2-3 weeks" response. I have doubts I'll ever see that watch again. I will now try to get a refund or another watch. Wish me luck.

Credit where credit is due. I received a new watch by overnight Fed Ex one day after my most recent follow-up. I am pleased that the right thing was finally done. Thanks.
