Timeshare Exit Team Reid Hein Another Horrible Experience Bellevue Washington

Chalk me up as one of a now growing list of customers who did NOT get what they paid for! 

I paid this company $8195 back in April 2016 with a promise to get us out of our Colorado timeshare within 12-24 months along with a promise of a top notch credit repair service to fix our credit once we stopped paying on the timeshare.

Well, here we are in September of 2018 and we still haven't been relieved of our timeshare. Apparently we just got released in August, but as of today, we have not received any written documentation stating so. Furthermore, the credit repair service they promised is no longer offered since they didn't renew it. Its our responsibility to pay for that service now. Really?!?! 

I've reached out numerous times to find out what is going on only to be passed along to a different representative each time. That is, if I can get a call back or email response. Communication is TERRIBLE with this company...to say the least!

My question: What did I pay $8200 for?!

At first, I was a huge supporter of this service and thought they would be a perfect solution...but now I am not singing the same tune and I want others to know about it before they make the same mistake. Myself and my wifes credit has taken a HUGE hit due to their empty promises and long drawn-out processes.

Its nothing but excuses now since they have my money....

In the end, I gave TET my life savings, when I could have had the same result if I had just stopped paying on my timeshare all together. DO NOT give them a cent of your money! 

Hopefully someone moves forward with a lawsuit because I will be first in line.
