TireRack GoodYear Credit Card Advertised purchase with six months same as cash program which the company refuses to honor. South Bend Indiana

On 09/10/2019 I purchased  four (4) tires from TireRack.com  I applied and received a GoodYear Credit card in order to take advantage of the six months same as cash offer through GoodYear.  The first indication that this was a scam came with the instructions I received to obtain my rebates which were printed in an almost ineligeble piece of paper which had been photocopied numerous times (almost impossible to read) with font so small that it required the use of a magnifying glass to read.  I took the time to patiently decipher the instructions to complete all the requirements.

When I received my first statement I noticed that I was charged interest, no six months same as cash had been applied.  I called TireRack and was told this was a GoodYear Credit Card Services mistake.  I offered to provide documentation showing their error, but both businesses sent me back to each other refussing to correct the mistake.  For the last three (3) months I had complained every month to TireRack and GoodYear Credit Card Services but neither one wants to take responsibility.  I am now convinced this whole TireRack /GoodYear Credit Card program is a scam, a typical bait and switch tactic.  Shame on TireRack and GoodYear Credit cards.  Beware!
