When dealing with the public can be a challenge, but when in a position of serving customers, a certain level of respect is expected from a business. Title Max at the Murfreesboro Old Fort parkway location has really become a pathetic operation. Of course there is a job to do, of course you expect people to pay their bills on time. What is absolutely uncalled for is a manager to point a finger at a customer and threaten them! Especially a customer that has responsibly conducted business with you for a couple of years. Not only does it show that this Titlemax manager has "power" issues, but also lacks the tact required of a leader of a customer based organization. I understand Miss Manager that you are probably underpaid and undereducated in management skills. Hopefully Title Max corporate will realize this soon. Otherwise, people have plenty of other places to go to conduct their business without the unnecessary, humiliation that you choose to do in front of other people in the store. Luckily this customer chose to choose the classy exit by not lowering herself to your level. However, this customer will tell anyone that she can that there are other places to conduct business than this pathetic excuse for a supposed "customer focused" organization. I hope all the other title places in Murfreesboro steal all your business from you!

You can easily guess what the threat was. Since it is a title loan company and this poster is completely self entitled, it was more then likely "pay what you owe us or we will take your vehicle". Given the tone this poster uses they are probably far enough behind in payments that their vehicle is at risk for being taken. What this poster fails to see is that if her account is behind with a title company that title company is well within its rights to take what is theirs. And that is her car. She put it up as the collateral. She probably had some financial difficulty and couldn't make her payments and went in there to beg for an extension. So basically a deadbeat who is scratching for a break and when told no they go to the web and bash the company that helped them in the first place. You can write as flowery as you like. Still won't change reality. You are a deadbeat and YOU are the real problem. You can't really be that dense! You were threatened with the taking of your car to show you how close you are to losing it! When YOU needed the money THEY gave it to you when NO ONE ELSE WOULD!,

Tell us what happened. Was your account current? Was it you or the lender that failed to honor the terms of the financial agreement?

So just how delinquent were you, or what special exception(s) did you want them to make for you?
As for these "threats" please explain them in detail.
