TiVo Over charging customers, bait and switch Internet

 Be careful when signing up for your TiVo service, they tell you one price and charge another price, even if you have your own TiVo box they will continue to charge you if you cancel service and tell you you are in a one year contract with them. In addition If you cancel menu service they will charge you an additional 75.00 fee on top. Your better off going with your local cable or satellite company or just use a free menu service. I had to learn the hard way it's not a lot of money, but it's the principle and frankly bad business practices.
