After reading the E_Mail it sound like there was some help as to where and with whom to file as well as the paperwork. But after receiving the down load and reading it I thought this was a joke. But when my credit card bill was hit. It is NO JOKE. It is a rip Off. This Guy or how ever needs to be stoped but how. I 'm going to try to complain to my credit card company. maby they can stop payment or at lest stop this guy. Mr. Tom Bell needs his Internet line cut he gives the honest business man a bad name. If this was taken place using snail mail the feds would be knockingknocking at his door.
