Today I Can (Tom Bell) after calling to demand a refund, they gave me an internet adress that came back as "NOT FOUND" No Physical Adress Internet .....
Today I Can is a fraud! I ordered their ebook and was unable to read it because I could not download the "adobe reader" to read it with. When I would try to download it, the screen would read,"this action is not supported".
I tried to call, today I can, to get a refund and they said that I would have to go to another website to get it. The web adress they gave me was"www.todayican-surveys.com/refund/index.htm" When I tried to go to the adress the screen read"NOT FOUND". Now I don't know how to get my money back!

I was very concerned about the information this company was offering, but at the same time I thought it would be most benificial for me for my neice going off to school. I found the site very easily, however I thought it strange because the did not post the website on the information. So I not being that computer savvy at all type the name of the company in my seach engine and it popped right up.
I also found it on other sites when searching for more information about scholarships. I agree with the the rebuttal I dont know if the information is valid but I can say the complainee could not be very computer literate. You simply typed or input something wrong and as stated previously you can download acdobe! I could go to all the sites for this company.

I have no knowledge of the company "Today I Can" whatsoever, but I can tell you the following information.
First: The refund request address that you were given and that you said didnt work (www.todayican-surveys.com/refund/index.htm) is correct. I just tried it and it got me to their refund page quickly.
Second: Virtually ANYONE can download the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader IF they have even minimal computer skills. You were obviously doing something very wrong when you tried and failed.
Your simple lack of computer skills does not equate to the company being a SCAM. (Of course, for all I know it could be, but NOT for the two reasons that you accused them of.)
