I recieved a call form a gentalmen named Gene Wallace. He stated to me that he had talked to my business partner, and that she told him to call back and ask for me. He even had her name, title, and extention. He then proceeded to tell me about awsome deals he had on office supplies. He told me that he was relocating to AR for Lewiston, Idaho, and he wanted to liquify some of his office supply stock before the move. I thought well this sounds good. He then told me that I could get binder clips for $.39 a dozen. This is a very good price, so at that time I told him that I wanted 2 dozen. He told me about other products and they were also at a r=great price, so agian I ordered 2 dozen of each product. Luckly I recorded the call as I do with all vendors (I do this just for the fact of billing issues). About a week later the supplies arrived. Instead of 2 dozen he sent me 2 gross dozen. I was so upset that I called the number he left me.

I got a message machine with an old ladies voice on it, so at that time I left a good manner message. After about 20 mins I started to get more fustrated, and searched on the internet about them and found this web site. You can imagine my suprise, so at this time I called again and left a very nasty message threatening them with going to my lawyer and reporting them to the BBB. Within the next 10 mins of leaving this message I got a call back from them. I told them that they were a joke and how could the sleep with knowing what they were doing. She tried to play the card that they also recorded the phone call, but to her surprise I pulled up the recorded phone call on my end. When she heard that she told me that there will be no charge at all, and then hung up. I still went a head with my threat of going to the BBB, and then faxed them a copy of the complaint.

Then when I came into my office the next day I had a voice mail from them saying that they had recieved my fax and that they were very sorry that i thought that they were a scam and they will credit me for the shipping cost of sending the product back. I doubt that they will refund my money, and all I can say is lesson learned. If you do fall to this scam; as I did, make sure to report it to the BBB and calll the number they leave you and leave a very unpleasent message for them, or just refuse shipment if you catch this in time. I hope this will help everyone like it did me.
