On 04/11/15, I called Total Protect to repair a leak from my AC and Royal Flush was sent to complete the job. Royal Flush stay in my home 15 - 30 minutes and told he unclogged the PVC Trap and check the voltage. Then he told if the issue continues, I needed to call them back and the charge would be 125.00. The tech used my Direct TV cable to remove the clog then left without checking to see the issue was resolved. Royal Flush removed the cap off the PVC Trap which is there to keep the vacuum to avoid water overflowing. Royal Flush removed the cap to get more money. In addition, I HD to pay Direct Tv to replace the cable used on my AC drainage line. When I spoke to Total Protect, they acted as if it was the norm for their vendors to improvisING to repair issue. Now I question Total Protect Home Warranty.
