We appologize for any inconveience experienced by this client. We at Touchstone Customer Service care deeply about our client's experience with us. We here in the Customer Service Department do not ever block phone numbers and address all calls as they come in . We are inundated with calls from clients who are all in a time sensitive situation for retreiving their documents. We address all client issues and calls in time. In the future if you wish to contact the Customer Service Department direct call 800-283-3214 with the extention of 800. Our hours are 8-6 EST M-F and we will be happy to assist you in any way we are able. Thank You
