Ordered (2) 8" Sonic Shadow plush figures for my children for Christmas on 11/21/04. I am not a collector. Only received one. I e-mailed them and Jenny said they would immediately send me another one.
I have not received it, nor has Jenny responded to any of my e-mails since. I even sent a priority e-mail letting Jenny know that I would be filing a complaint and requesting a refund through my bank as this was paid with a credit card. Still no word!

Laura. Explain to me how there are 2 tracking numbers that both show delivery confirmation to your address? You order two items and both were received. Stop with the lying. The proof is there for everyone to see.
