I ORDERD FROM THIS COMPANY 2 WEEKS AGO. THEY ALSO SENT ME A CONFIRMATION CODE ON HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE. IT CAME BACK NOT VALID. THERE'S SOMETHING VERY FUNNY WHEN A COMPANY DOESNT PROVIDE ITS CUSTOMERS A PHONE NUMBER. ALSO THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS EITHER. CLOSE THESE PEOPLE DOWN NOW. I ALSO HAD TO CLOSE MY DEBIT CARD BECAUSE I JUST DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. BUYER BEWARE, DONT PLACE A ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE PERIOD.

I WAS NOT AWARE THIS WAS ON BACKORDER, MY EMAIL WAS NOT ANSWERD SO HOW COULD I KNOW,SO YOUR RIGHT THERE IS NO REASON TO COMPLAIN NOW THAT I KNOW SORRY FOR THE BAD REPORT.

How are you doing today?

I just looked over your complaint and I was dumbfounded that you would actually post a complaint about not having recieved your product especially since your item is a PRE-ORDER item.

Your creditcard has NOT been charged because your product has NOT been released yet.

Below I have copy and pasted a copy of your order form (don't worry none of your personal information is being disclosed) for you or any one else browsing this site to look at. If you go to www.toyglobe.com and run that item name or SKU number you will see that the Teen Titans plush figures are not released until JULY of 2005. You can find information about our PRE-ORDERS here...

If your order contains both PRE-ORDER items and IN-STOCK items, the items will ship out as soon as we receive all of the PRE-ORDER items. Also, it is suggested that you place separate orders for each pre-order item. The same rule applies here, if many pre-order items are ordered, we will wait until the last pre-order item arrives before we ship. It is usually best to order all pre-orders that are set to be released in the same month, on one order form.

This is very important! If you order a pre-order item with in stock items, your entire order will be charged the same time. If you place separate orders for in stock and pre-order items, your in stock items will be charged the day of the order. The pre-order items will be charged the day the products are released. You will be notified by email the day these items are charged.
