Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was charged twice for one order and the price was more then my invoice. I have tried several times to contact the company but there is no information on their web site.
I noticed however that the company does respond to complaints on this web site, but never offer a phone number or email to reach them back. The just attack the complaints.
My original invoice number is 101596 for three spawn items the name wAs ordered under keith at hackettstown nj. They have my address and phone number to reach me i hope they will rectify my situation so I can return and leave positive feedback

After contacting every better business related organization I finally got my money refunded. It took the company two transactions and two months but it was returned. The odd thing about this company, no one gives their last name or a phone number. Bella was the person who finally returned the money. I must give her props for helping to rectify my situation. I would not ever purchase a product from another website that offers no phone # or an email address to contact them.
