I placed an order with Toyglobe.com on 9/12/04, and received an email confirming the order with a TOYGLOBE ORDER: TOYGLOBE-xxxxx the same day.

My credit card was charged for the order on 9/13/04. As of today (9/27/04) I have not received my order. I have written 2 emails to sales@toyglobe.com and have not had any response to date. Furthermore, there is no phone number contact information to be found anywere on the website.

Now that I have seen other similar Rip-Off complaints submitted on Toyglobe.com, I will be contacting my bank to report this incident, and I would not recommend using Toyglobe.com to anyone.

Valid Accusation: Fraudulent Company

AUTHOR: Eugene - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 19, 2004

I read the policy, and it states that "orders are shipped via UPS and takes about 5 to 10 working days."

The date my order was processed was September 13, 2004. It is now October 19, 2004. The date which I received even an email response from this company was October 18, 2004. I am unclear as to where my desire for shipment within "2 to 3 days" comes from since my first inquiry was sent on September 24, 2004 - which was 10 working days after processing.

Furthermore, the company claims that a full refund was issued to my credit card. However, I am interested in how this will be achieved especially since the credit card has been cancelled in fear of the company making more withdrawals. Again, an email was sent the company to inform them of this detail and to request an explanation as to what happened to my order. Again, there is no response.

Therefore, I believe my accusations remain valid. I am extremely surprised this company is still in business, considering the number of similar cases filed against them. Toyglobe.com is a fraudulent company, and needs to be shut down.
